Commodore - Steve Scott

Preside at all club meetings and meetings of the Board of Governors and shall exercise all the usual functions of the office. The Commodore shall appoint from the voting membership all committee chairpersons (standing and ad hoc) and define their duties as necessary. Respond to Federal and State legal correspondence, arrange for insurance, handle Articles of Incorporation, review and propose updates to the FCYC Constitution and By-Laws as needed. Manage dock WiFi internet and security cameras

Vice Commodore - Dave Nocar

Assist the Commodore in the discharge of the Commodore’s duties, and in the Commodores absence shall officiate and act in the Commodore’s stead. The Vice-Commodore is responsible for: Capital budget planning, Strategic planning, perform visual inspection of the parking lot, pump house, pier and main shed for irregularities and unsafe conditions, organize the annual spring picnic/party.

Rear Commodore - Rob Hanley

Responsible for facilities of FCYC, including the general maintenance and cleaning of the grounds, parking lot, landscaping, trach removal, portable toilet and shed. Arrange for cutting the grass as needed,  trimming the bamboo at least once a year, maintenance of the grassy areas, flowers, and trees, inspect condition of the dumpster, and maintenance of the water supply system. Monitor the pump out facility and have it pumped out when needed, arrange to have fire extinguishers recharged each spring, arrange for insect control, arrange for winter storage of boats, trailers, etc., in the parking lot during the winter and establish fees, be responsive to member inquiries and report needs to BOG.

Communication Director - Amy Fowler

Responsible for member communications, FCYC website, facebook page. Notify the voting membership of all semi-annual or special membership meetings, and shall notify each member of the BOG of all board meetings. These notices are not to be given less than three days prior to the meeting, except where the business to be discussed requires a 30-day notice. The

Treasurer - Ken Oxford

Charged with the collection and custody of the funds of the club. The Treasurer shall render a report in writing to the BOG whenever they request it, and shall make a written report to the membership at each semi-annual meeting. Set up, monitor and maintain bank checking account, savings, loan and CD amounts, track and record payments and “draws” to/from any outstanding FCYC loans, collect annual dues twice per year and deposit checks, send out dues notices and delinquent dues notices as required, pay monthly bills on time, Reimburse members for expenses incurred on behalf of FCYC, coordinate slip transfer payments, including withholding of 10% when appropriate, file MD personal property tax, file federal income tax (No tax owed), file property tax assessment and appeals and attend hearings.

Secretary - Greg Jones

Secretary shall make and keep a true record of all proceedings of meetings of the BOG an the club, shall have custody of all the legal papers of the club, and shall exercise the other usual functions of the Secretary.
